For all purchases within Canada, we will be shipping your order with Canada Post. We will ship your purchase within 24 hours on your order placed on business days and any purchases on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for delivery; however, Karma Bridal and Formal is not responsible for any delays by Canada Post as they are no longer guaranteeing their delivery times.
We also ship purchases to the United States.
We will email you an email confirmation once your order is shipped with your tracking number and any other details. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
All sales will be considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
